A) These locomotives have not been in operation for more than 3 years.

B) Evaluation of their condition and transportation arrangements (CN line or trucking firm) will be to the potential buyer’s responsability. We identified some missing parts and general condition but more parts could be missing or in bad condition.

C) Buyer will recognises that sale is done without guarantee and all risks and responsabilities are to buyers account.

D) Buyer will remove at his expense all inscriptions, logos and all distinctive marks shown on items that can link such parts to seller.

E) Seller will give access to site to buyer at removal date or all other dates approved between parties.

F) Seller does not guarantee settlement with lower or higher bidder.

G) Buyer will pay seller, before removal from site, a cash amount, equal to total PRICE PLUS all applicable taxes, if any.
